so we want to make sure you have all of the delivery information you'll need when placing an order with us.

Delivery & Postage Information.

 

VAT, Imports and Extra Delivery Charges Fees for non-EU Countries:

Purchases from non-EU countries are subject to the country’s own VAT (Value Added Tax or product tax, depending on the country) and also customs imports charges. Some countries postal services, might charge extra delivery charges, so it is better to check beforehand what extra charges are incurred if any. Please check also with your customs department what these charges and taxes are.

We are NOT responsible to pay for these charges and taxes which have to be borne by the buyer.

VAT has to be paid always, it doesn’t matter if you are purchasing from an EU or non-EU country.

Postage Terms & Conditions:

We ship to most countries around the world, except Italy. If your country is not listed at the checkout option, please contact us by email. 

For Malta and Gozo please go to your nearest Beauty Therapist supplying Histomer. You can find the list here. For Malta & Gozo we sell only to Beauty Therapists, SPAs and other licensed professionals. Please note that prices on the website are not applicable to Malta and Gozo. Also Discounts and Special offers do not apply to Malta and Gozo. Contact your nearest Histomer salon for the actual prices.

Please note that prices are excluding VAT. VAT cannot be included in price due to the OSS system as from 1st July 2021, the VAT pertaining to the EU country of purchase is applied. Purchases from non-EU countries are not subject to VAT.

Postage is calculated automatically according to weight and destination. If your country is still not added please contact us and we solve the issue for you.

Delivery times vary according to distance and country.

Expected delivery times: European Countries: 7-14 days. Non-European Countries: 3-8 weeks, depending on the country. Due to COVID, and/or bad weather issues, and/or war, delivery times may be much longer.

We are not responsible for the mishandling of packages by the postal services. Any damages incurred during transit are not our responsibility. That’s why we encourage our clients to purchase postal insurance as described below. Therefore, no refund will be given for any damaged packages. We will only refund a product if the defect arises from a leaking or defective product container.

We are not responsible for lost packages by the postal services. That’s why we urge you to buy insurance just in case the package gets lost. No refund will be given for non-insured packages. Another option is to choose a courier service which is faster. Contact us for more information on how to benefit from such a service.

If you would like to opt for a fast and secure courier service, please contact us for a quote and we guide you accordingly.

Insurance

Insurance of mail is available for outgoing local registered mail, local parcel, international registered mail, international parcel and courier.

The costs of insurance start from €5 upwards, depending on the cost of the package.

Insurance fees are automatically calculated based on cost of products.  Find the rates hereunder;

Cart content from €1 to €100  ( €5 fee ex.Vat)
Cart content from €101 to €500 ( €15 fee ex.Vat)
Cart content from €501 to €1500 ( €25 fee ex.Vat
Cart content from €1501 to €3000 ( €30 fee ex.Vat)
Cart Content from €3001 upwords ( €50 fee ex.Vat)

Insurance cover will be offered at checkout.

We do not take responsibility if the shipping address is provided wrongly by the client and package is not delivered due to this. Please make sure you enter the correct and full postal address, contact number and email address, as the refund policy will not apply in such cases.

This also applies to packages that are not picked up at the postal service by the recipients, even though advised/notified by the same postal service.
